Due to COVID-19 unfortunately FontanaFit has provisionally suspended all 1-2-1 training sessions and the FontanaFit weekly boot camp class to comply with government guidelines. However, FontanaFit has put together a series of at home and running programmes to help keep you motivated, focused and help mental wellbeing during isolation and lockdown. Physical activity plays a crucial role in keeping us physically and mentally healthy and FontanaFit wants to make sure you’re fit, healthy and safe.
Also, FontanaFit has moved towards doing online classes via Zoom, which are 30 minutes of high intensity work where you can interact with me, the trainer, before and after the class. I feel it’s important more than ever to still exercise for general health and wellbeing but also to have communication with others.
